Low-Carb Classic: Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos
Peace, family! I’ve said it a million times, I’ll say it again: low-carb does not have to be boring! My husband had to work a rare Saturday today, so I wanted to make sure he had something to eat as soon as he gets off.
These turkey bacon-wrapped jalapenos were so easy and perfect. I washed and sliced the jalapenos down the middle then removed the seeds. I stirred chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika into softened cream cheese in a glass bowl. I then stuffed the jalapeno slices with the cream cheese mixture before wrapping them in turkey bacon. Finally, I baked the peppers at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the bacon was completely cooked. Easy!
There may not be any left by the time my husband gets home. Whoops.
