Low-Carb Breakfast Griddle Melt
Peace! Not long ago I posted a low-carb waffle recipe that came out very well. I decided to use that same recipe, and utilize the waffles as “bread” for a breakfast sandwich this morning. This sandwich never stood a chance. I’m pretty sure my husband devoured it in about two minutes flat! I’ll post the link to the recipe below! For the filling, I used eggs, turkey sausage, spinach, cheese, and tomato! Enjoy.
