Easy LCHF Spinach Salad
Peace! Yesterday was International Yoga Day. I kept it light and easy with a simple salad of spinach sautéed in coconut oil, raw broccoli slaw, spicy almonds, and a few blue cheese crumbles. This came out to about 422 calories, 4g net carbs, 37g fat, 14g protein. Nice way to end the day.
