Low-Carb Broccoli Sprout Stir Fry

Peace! There’s absolutely nothing better than ending the day knowing you stayed within your macros. Today, that’s just what my husband – “A Husband Called Terrance” he calls himself – did! He whipped up this amazing-looking stir fry in what seemed like seconds. It simply contains:

105g Venison Sausage

110g Cubed Ham

80g Sliced Mushrooms

1 Tbsp. Butter

84g Broccoli Slaw

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

He melted the butter in a large pre-heated cast iron skillet, before adding the additional ingredients one-by-one and stir frying for about 3-5 minutes. In no time at all he had a quick and easy dinner that didn’t undo his 5 AM workout!
