Baked Tilapia

Peace, family! You ever have those nights where there’s absolutely no way you’re stepping foot in a grocery store, and you’re left to make a meal of whatever’s in the refrigerator? That’s me most nights (lazy girl problems) and tonight was no exception! Since we’ve been eating low-carb all of 2016, we luckily have go-to foods on hand pretty often.

Tonight, I simply baked a few tilapia filets (350 degrees, 25-30 minutes after thawing) and paired them with a mixture of steamed broccoli (seasoned to taste), roasted, almonds, and bleu cheese crumbles. I used sea salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and oregano to season my fish. This meal was super easy to prepare, and gave me the fuel I needed to make it to my second gym session today.
