Greek Wedge Salad

Peace, family!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy low-carb snack or side to accompany your meal, then you have to try this wedge salad. It’s seriously simple and you can customize it in any way that you like. Today I decided to go for a Greek salad, and as usual it did not disappoint. 


1 head Lettuce, Quartered

Red Onion, Diced

Kalamata Olives

Feta Cheese 

Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced

Olive Oil

Cucumber Diced


After cutting the lettuce into a quarter wedge, simply top with the other ingredients, starting with the olive oil, in your desired quantities.

It honestly does not get easier than this!
