Low-Carb Greek Lamb Burger

lamb burger.jpg

Peace! The perfect thing about this burger is that it cooks fast, but is also packed with a lot of flavor. That means if you have very little time on a Wednesday night, you can still get a great dinner on the table. But, if you’re entertaining over the weekend, it still makes an impressive dish to serve your guests. I like to experiment with recipes and make my own keto-friendly buns, but today I did not have the time. I picked up these low-carb SmartBun brand buns from a local health food store and they did not disappoint. In case they’re not available in your area, here’s where you can find them on Amazon. Tonight, I toasted them with my compound butter and they were perfect!

Try the recipe out and let me know what you think!
