Peace, family! It is officially stone fruit season, and to me it doesn’t get any better than fresh peaches. I’m not a summer lover at all, but one thing that helps me bide my time until the crisp days of fall is the abundance of fresh summer produce. Peaches are readily available at farmer’s markets, grocers, and roadside stands.

These easy grilled peaches are a celebration of the season! They’re sweet, smoky, and absolutely delicious. What I love most is how versatile grilled peaches are. You can season and flavor them however you like and there’s no shortage of toppings that can accompany them. The grilling method is flexible as well. They can be made outside on the barbecue grill for the perfect after-dinner treat. They can also be cooked indoors on a cast-iron grill pan and eaten with yogurt for breakfast.
What Ingredients Do I Need?

The ingredients for this recipe are super simple, many of which I’m certain you already have on hand!
- Peaches – the peaches will be halved. You want to ensure that your peaches are ripe, but not so soft that they cannot withstand the heat of the grill.
- Butter – unsalted butter
- Cinnamon – ground cinnamon
- Nutmeg – ground nutmeg
- Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener – you can use regular granulated sugar, or your favorite substitute. I used granulated Swerve sweetener.
- Salt – coarse kosher salt for finishing
- Oil – your preferred cooking oil for ensuring that the peaches do not stick to the grill
- Mint – Fresh mint as a garnishment
What Tools Do I Need?
- Grill
- Basting Brush
- Tongs
- Sharp Knife
- Cutting Board
How to Make Easy Grilled Peaches

Begin by washing the peaces and cutting them in half. You can discard the pit. Here is a guide for pitting a peach, from The Kitchn.
In a small bowl, you’re going to combine the melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Simply stir until all of the spices have dissolved.
Then, you’re going to use a pastry/basting brush to coat the cut side of the peaches with the buttery mixture.

You will then heat your grill or grill pan to 400° F, using cooking oil to ensure that the peaches will not stick to the grill.

Next, place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and allow to cook for 3 minutes. Flip the peaches and allow to cook for another 3 minutes, or until they are tender and soft.
Use the basting brush to coat the peaches with more of the butter mixture and finish with a pinch of coarse kosher salt. Garnish with fresh mint, as desired.
