Blackened Chicken Tenders

Peace family,

Have you guys ever tried the blackened tenders from Popeyes? I see them suggested so much to those who are looking for keto or low-carb options on the go. I get it. We are all so busy and most of the time it’s super easy to hit the drive-thru and allow someone else to do the cooking. But I started wondering about a more cost-effective way to enjoy the same meal at home, which led me to developing this super easy recipe. A way to make this even easier is to skip blending your own seasoning and purchase pre-blended blackened seasoning from the grocery store. That probably won’t be necessary though because these are all super common spices that many of us have in our cabinets and pantries.

Try the recipe out and let me know what you think! You can serve these with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce. I whipped up a quick sriracha avocado sauce that was perfect.
